Purdue University faculty have created VinSense, a new technology to help winemakers understand their soil, and vineyards. This technology will allow producers to compare information weekly, monthly, and yearly to ensure that their grapes create the best wines.

Wine Tech Upstart Drops Smart Bottle

With this new "Keurig-style" wine decanter, wine bottles could be opened and closed, allowing consumers to try new wines, not open an entire bottle with the assumption it must be drank at that moment, and it can allow users to know how long their wines have been opened.
